I'm automatically attracted to anything that's shimmery or has a sparkle to it. These basic nails can add some glimmer to any outift. Every time I look down at my hands I smile, sparkles always put me in a chipper mood! If you're going out, just throw on a colorful cocktail ring and add a shimmery clutch to complement the nails, simple as that!
